Our Operations Center team is comprised of back-office employees who, on a regular day, do not get the same kind of face-to-face member interaction our in-branch teams do. This does not, however, stop them from inserting themselves in their local communities to serve a need.
They wanted to thank a group that has continually adjusted and adapted to best serve those who depend on them. The Family Guidance Center of Montgomery offers counseling, job-readiness, and life skills classes to those who need them. Through the current pandemic, FGC has adjusted its services to safely serve those who use their services. Like many businesses, they have had to close their doors temporarily. They have, however, still held virtual meetings and consultations for their weekday offerings.
Our Operations Center team recognized FGC’s contributions to our community and thanked them by providing them with lunch from local Fat Man’s BBQ. Their services benefit many local families, and our team wanted to thank them for continuing to serve their community in the face of something so uncertain. Our communities depend on people like those at FGC, and we are thankful to serve alongside groups like them.
